How to Change/Reset a Staff Password

There are two ways you can reset a password for a staff member.


Option 1. Send a Reset Password Request


  1. Go to Team
  2. Click on Edit for the team member you would like to reset password for
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Card
  4. Click on Reset Password as shown below

  5. This sends an email to the team member to reset their account with the new temporary password

Option 2. Change Password Manually

If the user is having difficulty accessing their email/reset password information. You can manually set a new password for them

  1. Go to Team
  2. Click on Edit for the team member you would like to reset password for
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Card
  4. Insert a new temporary password on the "New Password" Field

  5. Click "Change Password"


In both cases when logging in the user will need to first login with their temporary password

Then set a new permanent password as per below.
